Bethsaida LEADERS CONNECT is a platform designed for TAMIL Church Pastors and Leaders (meaning those who work outside the four walls of the Church) to fellowship that is to pray, counsel and impart knowledge with one another. Our hearts desire is that you would accomplish the God-given purpose. The end goal is very simple: Fellowship and Encourage one another to live out a life-style carrying the presence of God wherever you go.

We want to encourage all fathers and mothers to step up to guide the next generation of revivalists and provide a place for emerging leaders to learn and be transformed.

Bethsaida LEADERS CONNECT helps you connect with Leaders of the TAMIL speaking community around the globe. This platform breaks the ministry barriers to unite men and women of God who are called to serve God outside the four walls of the church. We honour your call because you are significant!

We give opportunity for every leader to learn, explore and push beyond their comfort zone to do the impossible things for God. Our Platform is the safest place where you are allowed to make mistakes but not get criticised for it. We allow leaders to share their experiences which will add immense value for emerging leaders.

We encourage leaders to lead from the front that will enable people to see the things that they need to do. "Leaders are always the first doers". We help leaders to gain understanding on how they can encourage and train next generation of leaders while they lead.

At the same time, we allow you to learn from your failures so that you are confident to do the right thing when you are in a similar circumstance the next time.
